These terms apply to 3mtrading.ca and the free access offered on it, run by Razza Trades ("3M Trading", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to them.

Education only

Everything we provide, including the course, live sessions, Discord content, indicators and any coaching, is for education. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make your own trading decisions and you are responsible for them.

No guarantees

We do not promise any profit, income, funded account or payout. Results shown on this site come from individual members, are not typical, and depend on each person's effort, skill, capital and risk. Most traders lose money.

Free access

Free access is offered at our discretion. We can change what it includes, or end it, at any time. Access is delivered through Whop and Discord, and your use of those platforms is also covered by their own terms.

Paid products

Paid products, such as the 3M indicator plan, are sold and billed through Whop. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your Whop account so you are not charged again. All sales are final and payments already made are not refunded.

Your conduct

Don't share, resell or redistribute our course, indicators or member content. Treat others in the community with respect. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.

Our content

The 3M name, course material, indicators, videos and site content belong to us. You can use them for your own learning only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Razza Trades is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
