Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Razza Trades ("3M Trading", "we", "us") collects when you use 3mtrading.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you give us: your first name, email address and (if you give it) phone number when you request free access, and whether you asked for access info only. Your phone number is optional: we may use it to reach you about your access, and (hashed) to match your signup in our ad reports. We don't send text messages. If you apply for the one-on-one waitlist, your answers to the application questions.
• How you found us: the ad, link or campaign you came from (for example UTM tags and click IDs from Instagram, Facebook, Google or TikTok), the page you landed on and the site that referred you.
• Device and usage data: your IP address, approximate location (country, region, city), browser and device type, and how you use the page, such as opening the form, watching the video or clicking a plan.
• Your time zone, read from your browser, so we only message you at reasonable hours.
• Referrals: if you arrived through a member's share link, which member's link it was.
• Live alerts: if you turn on browser alerts, the push address your browser gives us. We use it only to remind you about the live sessions. Turn alerts off any time in your browser or phone settings.
• Cookies and similar tools: we set a first-party visitor ID and save your first name and email in your browser so the next page can fill them in. We may also use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the TikTok pixel. These tools set their own cookies and may record how you move around the page. If you're in the UK or Europe we ask before loading them, and we only send your signup to Meta if you said yes. Change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the homepage.

How we use it

• To give you the free access you asked for and send you to our Whop community.
• To contact you by email and Whop message about your access, live sessions, and our paid products such as the 3M indicator and coaching programs. If you asked for access info only, we don't send you offers. We don't send text messages.
• To connect what you do on this site with your Instagram and Whop messages to us, so our replies (some drafted by an automated system) know where you're at.
• To measure which ads and content work, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested, including people similar to you.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run 3M Trading: Whop (memberships and payments), Vercel and Cloudflare (website hosting and security, including Cloudflare's privacy-friendly page-view counts), Railway (our server), Resend (email), Discord (our team gets a note when someone new signs up), AI services that help us draft replies to your messages, and the advertising and analytics platforms listed above. When we send conversion data to Meta, your email and phone are hashed first.

Some of these services store or process information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities there.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're in our community or our marketing list, and for a reasonable time after that for records and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

• Stop emails with the link in any email, and Whop messages by replying "stop" to one of them.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by messaging us through our Whop page.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta, Google and TikTok accounts.

Age

3M Trading is for adults. Don't submit your details if you are under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
